Account Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your SpringArc account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Before You Delete

Please note that deleting your account will:

This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion

The easiest way to delete your account is through the app:

  1. Open any SpringArc application
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Option 2: Email Request

You can also request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email from your registered email address
  2. Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include your username and the app(s) you use
  4. Send to: info@springarc.com

Option 3: Contact Form

Submit a deletion request through our Contact Page:

  1. Select "Account Deletion" as the subject
  2. Provide your account details
  3. Submit the form

After deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

Reactivation

If you change your mind within 30 days of deletion, you may be able to reactivate your account by contacting support. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
