Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Recipe Garden mobile application (the "Service") operated by Spring Arc LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms then you may not access the Service.

To access certain features of Recipe Garden, you must register for an account. When registering:

Recipe Garden provides access to various recipes and cooking content. This content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recipes or nutritional information.

Important: Always use your own judgment when cooking. We are not responsible for any adverse effects from recipes, including but not limited to allergic reactions, food poisoning, or cooking accidents.

3.2 User Content

Our Service may allow you to save recipes, add notes, and rate recipes. You retain ownership of any content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Recipe Garden shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
